Hot or Cold Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a unique variant of massage therapy. It employs heated stones to release physical tension and calm the nervous system.

The stones?warmth and weight help the recipient focus more intently on the massage, and be more receptive to its' benefits. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles, release.  

The Hot Stones are made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat. Basalt is plentiful in regions of the world that have undergone Volcanic activity.

Before a treatment, the stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range.

These heated stones then warm and relax the muscles, improves circulation and calms the nervous system

Thai Foot Massage

Hopi Ear Candling

Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candling) is a pleasant and none-invasive treatment of the ears. 

The Ear Candles, induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears which soothes and calms. 

It helps relieve sinus, balance, and  ear pain issues, cleaning out excessive or compacted wax.

The treatment is started and finished with a lovely ear and facial massage. (sinus and lymphatic drainage massage)

Navel Candling

A hollow herbal candle is lighted and placed in the belly-button.  The burning process through the navel opening stimulates the ovary functions, benefiting ovary maintenance, which is very effective in improving menstrual disorders & menstrual pains

During the candling process, a gentle and relaxing massage is carried out around abdominal area to aid with circulation.

As with ear candling, the burning candle creates a vacuum and the gentle heat created assists with the dispelling of toxins.

Feet Rejuvenation Treatment

I know, as I use this product, and it really works.
