Appointments & Cancellation
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me immediately on 07531 694 026. NOT via email, social media, or any other form of communication as this will not adhere to the t’s & C’s
  • I require 48 hours notice for cancellation or to rearrange an appointment without a charge.
  • Cancellations or appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of treatment cost.
  • Any appointments cancelled or rearranged with 24 hours or less notice will be charged with the full treatment cost.
  • Cancellation fee will be deducted from any prepayments/deposits that have been made.
  • Please arrive for your appointment on time, so the necessary paperwork can be completed.
  • Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time or loss of appointment.
  • I reserve the right to refuse your appointment, due to verbal or non verbal abuse or should you continue to be late or constantly change your appointment

Payments and Deposits
  • A 50% deposit is required for all Treatments, to secure your appointment with Eternal Aquarius.
  • Eternal Aquarius can request a Full prepayment for any booking should they deem it necessary.  
  • All courses booked with Eternal Aquarius require a minimum £10.00 deposit to secure your place. This is non refundable
  • A £10.00 deposit will secure your place on any course run by Eternal Aquarius
  • Late arrival for a course will result in loss of placement and loss of payment. No refund or transfer of monies to another course or treatment will be given

Treatments
  • Before your appointment, Should you wish to change your treatment please provide me with 24 hours notice.
  • Should the treatment be of a lesser value, than the original treatment, no refund will be given
  • Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions could result in police notification, prosecution or a small claims court case. Dependant on the nature of your

As part of the new Covid Rules.  Please may i stipulate the following :


  • You arrive at your "Allocated Time,"  (rather than before)  This is to minimise any contact with any other clients. This also gives me the time i need, to disinfect between clients. 
    I usually allow 1 hour in between clients (for chats and running behind schedule) however,  i have to do more intricate cleaning and change my uniform, in between clients (id rather not be answering my door in my cleaning Tshirt and marigolds, its not professional  !)

  • When you knock at the door, I will answer, greet you and start walking backwards! Leaving enough room for you to come in and close the door behind you
  • On entering, may i ask you either : go to my bathroom facilities and wash your hands thoroughly or use the antibacterial gel provided on my table.  All "Material hand towels" will have been removed from the bathroom and paper towels are now provided. to be disposed of in the little pedal bin
  • We will go through your "usual client form" which i will ask you to sign. You will also have a Covid 19 form to fill in, for the Gov track and trace purposes. I am by law required to keep this for 21 days.  These can then be left on the table, so i can file them later, using disposable gloves
  • It has been advocated that taking Cash payments is a way of spreading the Coronavirus. As a small business,  im still able to take cash.  I have disposable gloves and i can put the cash in a tupperware dish, full of disinfectant! Bringing a whole new meaning to laundering money !    I can of course take payment through Bank transfer and Paypal too.  Whichever you feel more comfortable with .
  • I realise that many businesses are putting their pricing up.  I however am not, for my regular clients only. I may have gone 3 months without any income, or any government help, but why should you pay for this.
  • Due to my business being a home based business, where i can keep a very high standard, wearing a face mask isnt necessary.  I will maintain a 2 metre distance before and after your treatment. During your treatment i will however be wearing a face visor/mask.  If you wish to wear a facemask that is fine, i want you to feel safe.
  • As many of my clients know, we usually have a hug at some point, as I’m a hugger, it’s just what i do. BUT, Im am not able to hug you for now,
    So if during or after a treatment,  you have a "release" (cry) please just do so.  It's normal.  But i cant hug you, so please dont take this personally.
  • As this is all new to me too, please bear with me! The rules change daily.  I may make a mistake, i'm only human.  But please be assured i will do my best.  Should you feel i may be in breach of new guideline or rules , please tell me.  Im happy to receive constructive criticism, i can only learn from it

    Finally,  im so happy to see you return, and i hope all this hasn't put you off coming for a wonderful treatment.  Please feel free to ask me any questions at all.  Im here to reassure you and protect you .
